Know what is left.

FinEase is a private money tracker for your household. Tick off the bills you have paid and see what is still to pay and what should be left in the bank.

FinEase is by invitation only. Ask the person who runs your household to add you.

Reads statements from your bank, and soon learns from your shopping habits.

Statements from Capitec, FNB, Investec and GoTyme today. Order emails from Checkers Sixty60 and Woolies Dash after that.

Logos belong to their owners. FinEase is not affiliated with or endorsed by these companies. Other banks work too: FinEase can read any statement as a CSV or PDF.

A snapshot of your whole month.

Try it. Tick a bill and watch what is left to pay, and what should be left in the account, change.

Statements

Filed for you

Upload a month as a CSV or PDF. Each purchase is filed under a category (Woolworths becomes Groceries) and FinEase learns whenever you correct it. You check every line before anything is saved.

Budgets

A limit for what creeps up

Set a monthly budget for Groceries, Fuel or Dining. The bar turns amber at 80 percent and dark when you are over, and Insights shows where the rest went.

Paid the rent. Thanks.

Reminders

Said your way

Bills due, missing statements and a Monday summary, by email or text. You write the wording and switch off whatever you do not want.

Every change to your household is recorded with who made it, when and from where.

Support

Help that never sees your money

Administrators can add people and, to help, view FinEase as you. They cannot see your accounts, and a banner and the audit trail show every time they do.

In practice

How a household uses it.

The monthly bill run

On payday, open the month, tick off rent, school fees and insurance as they leave, and see at a glance what is left in the account.

The statement catch-up

Drop in last month's statement, fix the three lines FinEase was unsure about, and your categories are right for next time.

Looking after a parent

Add a parent as a dependent. Their bills sit in your month, and they can have a read-only login to see what is assigned to them.

Spending that creeps

Set a Dining budget. When the bar turns amber you know before the month ends, not after.

Running a business on the side

Track the transfers that fund the business, and keep slips and statements together for the accountant.

FinEase is by invitation. Ask the person who runs your household to add you.
